This item is an integrated 4.5×3.5 flanged tube (used on 4WD touring car chassis such as the TA05, TA06 and TRF417) and 3.0×0.7mm spacer. It makes for easier maintenance, and is lighter compared to the standard kit part. Its fluorine coating also guarantees smoother movement.
